The location is wonderfully central and just a

short walk from everything Queenstown has to offer. I particularly enjoyed the modern amenities like sensor lighting and the rooftop terrace with stunning views. However, having no mini-fridge in the room was a downside for storing snacks.

Utilize the complimentary vending machine for warm drinks. it's a nice touch for chilly evenings after a day of exploring.

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The app for checking in was more of a hindrance than a help, as I still had to go to the front desk for a key. Additionally, I ordered extra pillows through the app, but they did not arrive until the next day. On multiple occasions, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm just when I needed it, which was incredibly disappointing.
