Just an ideal choice for a brief hiatus in Queenstown with good value for price. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace with fine views. Check in early if you can to avoid the busy times.

Stunningly beautiful, perfectly clean hotel in a pedestrian area. Well-organised, brand-new unit by thin glass, and very friendly staff. Magnificent and unbeatable location with restaurants and bars minute walk from the place. The venue of choice in Queenstown.

Utilize the complimentary vending machine for warm drinks. It's a nice touch for chilly evenings after a day of exploring.

Marvellous and favourable location, really close to St Joseph Parish. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a supermarket across the street. The rooms with a view. Had clean central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV:)))

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I faced several frustrating issues. The app for checking in was more of a hindrance than a help, as I still had to go to the front desk for a key. I ordered extra pillows through the app, but they did not arrive until the next day. On multiple occasions, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm just when I needed it, disappointing.

The rooftop was very nice, offering great views, and there were plenty of comfy lounge spaces in the hotel. The room was clean and modern, with cool lighting. Wi-Fi was excellent with many charging options available. I appreciated the hot drink machine on every floor, a wonderful touch during my work trip.

The location is perfect-just minutes from the town center and the waterfront. I appreciated the vending machine with complimentary coffee and tea, a nice touch. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was friendly and cute. Sitting on the balcony chatting with other guests was a highlight.
